‘અમર અકબર એન્થની’ ફિલ્મને 43 વર્ષ પૂરા થયા, અમિતાભે કહ્યું- ફિલ્મની કમાણી ‘બાહુબલી 2’કરતાં પણ વધુ હતી

વિનોદ ખન્ના, રિશી કપૂર અને અમિતાભ બચ્ચન સ્ટારર ફિલ્મ અ‘અમર અકબર એન્થની’ને 27મેના રોજ 43 વર્ષ પૂરા થયા છે. આજે ફિલ્મને યાદ કરી તેમણે થ્રોબેક મેમરીઝની સાથે અમુક કિસ્સા પણ શેર કર્યા છે. ફિલ્મના બોક્સઓફિસ કલેક્શનથી લઈને, ફિલ્મના ટાઇટલ, શ્વેતા અને અભિષેકના થ્રોબેક ફોટોઝની સ્ટોરી તેમણે શેર કરી છે.

ઇન્સ્ટાગ્રામ પર બાળકો સાથેનો ફોટો શેર કરી તેમણે લખ્યું કે, શ્વેતા અને અભિષેક મને અમર અકબર એન્થોનીના સેટ પર મળવા આવ્યા હતા. માય નેમ ઇઝ એન્થની ગોંસાલવેસ સોન્ગનું શૂટિંગ ચાલી રહ્યું હતું. આજે ફિલ્મને 43 વર્ષ થયા. જ્યારે મન જી મને આઈડિયા શેર કરવા આવ્યા અને ટાઇટલ કહ્યું ત્યારે મને થયું કે તેમનું છટકી ગયું છે. ત્યારે 70ના દશકમાં જ્યારે ફિલ્મ્સના ટાઇટલ બહેન, ભાભી અને બેટી આસપાસ ફરતા હતા ત્યારે આ ટાઇટલ ક્યાંય મેળ ખાતું ન હતું.

When Man ji came to narrate the idea to me .. and told me the Title .. I thought he had lost it .. at a time in the 70’s when film titles revolved around Behen Bhabhi and Beti , this one was so out of place .. BUT .. It is reported that it did a business of 7.25 cr at that time .. inflation adjusted it crosses collections of Bahubali 2 .. say the sayers who do calculations 😟😟 But fact is it did massive business .. did 25 weeks in 25 theatres in Mumbai alone .. or so they say .. Doesn’t happen now ... gone are those days !!

‘બાહુબલી 2’ કરતાં પણ વધુ કમાણી
અમિતાભે લખ્યું કે, તે સમયે ફિલ્મે 7.25 કરોડ રૂપિયાની કમાણી કરી હતી. ફુગાવો એડજસ્ટ કરીએ તો ફિલ્મ બાહુબલી 2ના કલેક્શનને ક્રોસ કરી જાય. આવું ગણતરી કરનારાઓ કહે છે. પણ હકીકત એ છે કે ફિલ્મે ઘણી કમાણી કરી, માત્ર મુંબઈમાં જ 25 થિયેટરમાં 25 અઠવાડિયા સુધી ચાલી હતી.આવું હવે થતું નથી. એ દિવસો ગયા.

‘બાહુબલી 2’ ફિલ્મે 2017માં 1800 કરોડ રૂપિયાની કમાણી કરી હતી. ‘અમર અકબર એન્થની’ ફિલ્મ 1977માં ફિલ્મ રિલીઝ થઇ હતી.

અગાઉ આ જ ફિલ્મના તેમના મિરર સીનનો કિસ્સો શેર કર્યો હતો
ફિલ્મના તેમના કો-સ્ટાર રિશી કપૂરના નિધન બાદ તેમણે શો મસ્ટ ગો ઓન કરીને એક વીડિયો શેર કર્યો હતો. ફિલ્મનો તેમનો મિરર સીનનો કિસ્સો શેર કર્યો હતો કે, તેમણે એ સીન એક ટેકમાં આસિસ્ટન્ટ ડિરેક્ટર સાથે મળીને શૂટ કરી લીધો હતો. આ સીન જોયા બાદ મન જીએ અમિતાભને કહ્યું હતું કે, લલ્લા, હવે હું જે પણ ફિલ્મ બનાવીશ તે બધી ફિલ્મ્સમાં તું કામ કરીશ જ્યાં સુધી તું ના નહીં પડે.

PARVARISH and AAA .. both in RK Studios .. first on fl 1, a climax action with Vinod , Amjad and me .. and this scene with me on fl 3 .. Man ji said to me, you rehearse this mirror scene ‘main zara us floor pe shot lekar aata hoon’ .. but when he came back I had already done the scene and shot it with the ASST., .. a basic idea given by Kader Bhai .. rest is all impromptu , ad lib , one take .. !! When Man ji came back to this set he was surprised that his asst., Anil Nagrath and I had done it .. he commented ‘ aye, barabar kiya hai na scene .. thok to nahi diya ..’ !! Man ji finally saw the scene a month later - it used to take time to process develop the print in those times .. he saw it at the mini trial theatre at Ranjit Studios, where we were shooting the climax of AAA .. after seeing it we sat on the steps of the Office in the Studio and he said to me .. ‘Lalla ! you are going to work in every film of mine that I make, until you say NO’ !!! Those were the days !!!
