8 મહિનામાં 14 બોલિવૂડ સ્ટાર્સનું નિધન થયું, સુશાંત, રિશી, ઈરફાનથી લઈને કુમકુમ, સરોજ ખાને દુનિયાને અલવિદા કહ્યું

મદારી, રોકી હેન્ડસમ અને દ્રશ્યમ જેવી ફિલ્મો ડિરેક્ટ કરનારા નિશિકાંત કામતનું નિધન થઇ ગયું છે. સોમવારે સાંજે તેમણે હૈદરાબાદમાં એક પ્રાઇવેટ હોસ્પિટલમાં અંતિમ શ્વાસ લીધા. નિશિકાંતના મૃત્યુથી બોલિવૂડને મોટી ખોટ પડી છે.

2020 બોલિવૂડ માટે ઘણું ખરાબ સાબિત થઇ રહ્યું છે કારણકે નિશિકાંત આ વર્ષે મૃત્યુ પામનાર 14મા બોલિવૂડ સેલેબ છે. નિશિકાંત અગાઉ છેલ્લા 8 મહિનામાં 13 સ્ટાર્સે દુનિયાને અલવિદા કહ્યું. એક નજર તે સેલેબ્સ પર....

1. કુમકુમ

કુમકુમનું 86 વર્ષની ઉંમરે નિધન થયું

28 જુલાઈએ વીતેલા જમાનાના ફેમસ એક્ટ્રેસ કુમકુમનું 86 વર્ષની ઉંમરે નિધન થઇ ગયું હતું. તે લાંબા સમયથી બીમાર હતા. તેમણે મધર ઇન્ડિયા, આરપાર, CID જેવી ઘણી ફેમસ હિન્દી ફિલ્મોમાં કામ કર્યું હતું. અંદાજે 20 વર્ષના તેમના કરિયરમાં તેમણે 100થી વધુ ફિલ્મોમાં કામ કર્યું. તેમણે 50થી 60ના દશક દરમ્યાન સૌથી વધુ ફિલ્મો કરી. આ સમયે ગુરુદત્ત, કિશોર કુમાર, દિલીપ કુમાર, દેવાનંદ સહિત ઘણા મોટા સ્ટાર્સ સાથે કામ કર્યું.

2. પરવેઝ ખાન

એક્શન ડિરેક્ટર પરવેઝ ખાનનું હાર્ટ અટેકને કારણે નિધન થયું

27 જુલાઈએ એક્શન ડિરેક્ટર પરવેઝ ખાનનું મુંબઈમાં હાર્ટ અટેકને કારણે નિધન થયું હતું. તેઓ 55 વર્ષના હતા. છાતીમાં દુખાવો થયા બાદ તેમને બચાવી શકાયા ન હતા. તેમણે અંધાધૂંધ, બદલાપૂર, બુલેટ રાજા જેવી ફિલ્મોમાં યોગદાન આપ્યું હતું.

3. જગદીપ

2020 શોલેના સૂરમા ભોપાલીને ભરખી ગયો

8 જુલાઈએ મુંબઈ સ્થિત ઘરમાં જગદીપનું નિધન થયું. તેઓ એક્ટર જાવેદ જાફરી અને નાવેદ જાફરીના પિતા હતા. તેમની મુસ્કાન નામની એક દીકરી પણ છે. 81 વર્ષીય જગદીપ ઘણા સમયથી બીમાર હતા. જગદીપ રમેશ સિપ્પીની ફિલ્મ શોલે (1975)ના રોલ સૂરમા ભોપાલીથી ઘણા ફેમસ થયા હતા.

4. હરીશ શાહ

કેન્સર પર ફિલ્મ બનાવવાર હરીશ શાહ પર જ કેન્સર ભારે પડ્યું

7 જુલાઈએ છેલ્લા 40 વર્ષથી ફિલ્મ ઇન્ડસ્ટ્રીના એક ફેમસ પ્રોડ્યુસર ડિરેક્ટર હરીશ શાહનું સવારે 6 વાગ્યે નિધન થયું હતું. તેઓ 76 વર્ષના હતા અને કેન્સર સામે લડી રહ્યા હતા. આ બીમારી સામે જંગ લડતા લોકોની સ્ટોરી દુનિયા સામે લાવવા માટે તેમણે શોર્ટ ફિલ્મ Why me બનાવી હતી, જેને પ્રેસિડેન્ટ અવોર્ડ મળ્યો હતો.

5. સરોજ ખાન

ડાન્સિંગ ક્વીન સરોજ ખાનનું હાર્ટ અટેકને કારણે મૃત્યુ

બોલિવૂડમાં ડાન્સિંગ ક્વીન તરીકે ફેમસ કોરિયોગ્રાફર સરોજ ખાને 71 વર્ષની ઉંમરે 3 જુલાઈના રોજ દુનિયાને અલવિદા કહ્યું. તેમને ઘણા દિવસથી શ્વાસ લેવામાં તકલીફ પડતી હતી. બાંદ્રા હોસ્પિટલમાં એડમિટ કરાયા હતા. 40 વર્ષના કરિયરમાં 2000થી વધુ સોન્ગ કોરિયોગ્રાફ કર્યા હતા.

તેમને ત્રણ વખત નેશનલ અવોર્ડ પણ મળ્યો હતો. તેમણે નચ બલિયે, ઉસ્તાદો કે ઉસ્તાદ, નચલે વે વિથ સરોજ ખાન, બૂગી વૂગી, ઝલક દિખલા જા જેવા ઘણા રિયાલિટી શોમાં જજ તરીકે કામ કર્યું હતું.

6. સુશાંત સિંહ રાજપૂત

65 દિવસથી વધુ સમય થવા છતાં સુશાંતના મૃત્યુનો કેસ સોલ્વ નથી થયો

14 જૂને સુશાંત સિંહે મુંબઈ સ્થિત તેના ફ્લેટમાં પંખે લટકીને આત્મહત્યા કરી હતી. અગાઉ એમ જ વાત હતી કે 34 વર્ષીય એક્ટરે આત્મહત્યા કરી છે પણ હવે કેસમાં નવા ટ્વિસ્ટ આવી રહ્યા છે.

મુંબઈ પોલીસની તપાસથી અસંતુષ્ટ સુશાંતના પરિવારે બિહારમાં દીકરાને આત્મહત્યા માટે ઉશ્કેરવાનો આરોપ રિયા ચક્રવર્તી અને તેના પરિવાર વિરુદ્ધ લગાવી કેસ ફાઈલ કરાવ્યો. ત્યારબાદ તપાસ CBIને સોંપવાની વાત થઇ. સુશાંતના મૃત્યુનું કારણ શું હતું તે હજુ તપાસનો વિષય છે.

7. દિશા સલિયન

અત્યાર સુધી દિશા સલિયનનું મોત રહસ્ય બનીને રહ્યું છે

14 જૂનના રોજ સુશાંતનું મોત થયું હતું એ પહેલાં 8 જૂનના રોજ સુશાંતની પૂર્વ મેનેજર દિશા સલિયનના મોતના સમાચાર આવ્યા હતા. દિશાએ 14મા માળેથી કૂદીને આત્મહત્યા કરી હતી. જોકે, આ દિશા તથા સુશાંતના મોતને એકબીજા સાથે જોડવામાં આવી રહ્યું છે. કહેવાય છે કે દિશાનું મર્ડર કરવામાં આવ્યું હતું. મુંબઈ પોલીસ આ કેસની નવેસરથી તપાસ કરી રહી છે.

8. બાસુ ચેટર્જી

4 જૂનના રોજ બાસુ ચેટર્જીનું નિધન થયું

ઈન્ડસ્ટ્રીમાં તેઓ બાસુદા તરીકે લોકપ્રિય હતા. તેમણે છોટી સી બાત, રજનીગંધા, બાતોં બાતોં મેં, એક રૂકા હુઆ ફૈંસલા, ચમેલી કી શાદી જેવી ફિલ્મ ડિરેક્ટ કરી હતી. તેમને સાત વાર ફિલ્મફેર અવોર્ડ તથા દુર્ગા માટે 1992માં નેશનલ ફિલ્મ અવોર્ડ પણ મળ્યો હતો. 2007માં તેમને IIFAમાં લાઈફ ટાઈમ અચિવમેન્ટ અવોર્ડથી નવાજવામાં આવ્યા હતા. 1969-2001 સુધી બાસુ ચેટર્જી ડિરેક્ટર તરીકે સક્રિય હતા.

9. વાજિદ ખાન

2020માં સાજિદ-વાજિદની જોડી તૂટી

પહેલી જૂનના રોજ બોલિવૂડના જાણીતા કમ્પોઝર વાજિદ ખાનનું અવસાન થયું હતું. તેઓ 42 વર્ષના હતા. સાજિદ-વાજિદની જોડીથી તેઓ લોકપ્રિય હતા. વાજિદ લાંબા સમયથી કિડનીની બીમારીથી પીડાતા હતા. તેમની સારવાર મુંબઈની હોસ્પિટલમાં થતી હતી. અચાનક તબિયત લથડતાં તેમને વેન્ટિલેટર પર મૂકવામાં આવ્યા હતા.

10. મોહિત બઘેલ

27 વર્ષની ઉંમરમાં કેન્સરને કારણે અવસાન

22 મે, 2020ના રોજ ટીવી તથા ફિલ્મ એક્ટર મોહિત બઘેલનું માત્ર 27 વર્ષની ઉંમરમાં કેન્સરને કારણે અવસાન થયું હતું. મોહિતે સલમાન ખાનની ફિલ્મ રેડીમાં કામ કર્યું હતું. છેલ્લે તે સિદ્ધાર્થ મલ્હોત્રા તથા પરિણીતી ચોપરાની ફિલ્મ જબરિયા જોડીમાં જોવા મળ્યો હતો.

11. રિશી કપૂર

67 વર્ષીય રિશી કપૂરનું લ્યુકેમિયાને કારણે નિધન થયું હતું

67 વર્ષીય રિશી કપૂરનું 30 એપ્રિલના રોજ નિધન થયું હતું. તેઓ લ્યુકેમિયા સામે લડતા હતા. આ એક બ્લડ કેન્સર છે. એમરિકામાં તેમણે સારવાર કરાવી હતી. જોકે, એપ્રિલ, 2020માં તેમની તબિયત ખરાબ થતા હોસ્પિટલમાં અંતિમ શ્વાસ લીધા હતા.

12. ઈરફાન ખાન

ઈરફાનને ન્યૂરો એન્ડોક્રાઈન ટ્યૂમરની બીમારી હતી

53 વર્ષીય ઈરફાનનું 29 એપ્રિલના રોજ કોલન ઈન્ફેક્શનને કારણે અવસાન થયું હતું. તેમને ન્યૂરો એન્ડોક્રાઈમ ટ્યૂમર હતું. 2018માં તેમણે આ બીમારીનો ખુલાસો કર્યો હતો અને લંડનમાં સારવાર કરાવી હતી. આ દરમિયાન તેમણે છેલ્લી ફિલ્મ અંગ્રેજી મીડિયમનું શૂટિંગ કર્યું હતું. માર્ચમાં આ ફિલ્મ રિલીઝ થઈ હતી. માર્ચમાં ઈરફાનની તબિયત ખરાબ થઈ હતી.

13. રિતુ નંદા

રિતુ નંદાનું 71 વર્ષની ઉંમરમાં કેન્સરને કારણે નિધન થયું હતું

શોમેન રાજકપૂરની દીકરી તથા રિશી-રણધીરની બહેન રિતુ નંદાનું 14 જાન્યુઆરી, 2020ના રોજ કેન્સરને કારણે નિધન થયું હતું. તેઓ 71 વર્ષના હતા. અમિતાભની દીકરી શ્વેતા બચ્ચનના તેઓ સાસુ હતા. રિતુના દીકરા નિખીલ નંદા સાથે શ્વેતાના લગ્ન થયા હતા. રિતુએ ઉદ્યોગપતિ રાજન નંદા સાથે લગ્ન કર્યા હતા. તેમનું ઓગસ્ટ, 2018માં નિધન થયું હતું.

બોલિવૂડમાં ડિફેન્સ અંગેની ફિલ્મ બનતી રહેતી હોય છે. હવે જ્હોન અબ્રાહમ ‘ગોરખા’ બનાવી રહ્યો છે. જોકે, આ ફિલ્મનું શૂટિંગ શરૂ થાય તે પહેલાં તે ઘણી બાબતોનું ધ્યાન રાખવા માગે છે, કારણ કે હાલમાં જ ‘ગુંજન સક્સેના’ અંગે જે વિવાદ થયો તે આવો કોઈ વિવાદ પોતાની ફિલ્મ માટે થાય તેમ ઈચ્છતો નથી.

જ્હોન હાલમાં ‘મુંબઈ સાગા’ તથા ‘સત્યમેવ જયતે 2’માં વ્યસ્ત છે. નિખિલ અડવાણીના બેનરની ‘ગોરખા’ સેનાના ગોરખા રેજિમેન્ટ પર આધારિત છે. પ્રોડક્શન હાઉસના સૂત્રો પાસેથી મળેલી માહિતીને આધારે ફિલ્મમાં કેરેક્ટર કેવું હશે અને ફિલ્મની વાર્તા શું છે તે અંગે ડિફેન્સ મિનિસ્ટ્રીને જાણ કરવામાં આવી છે.

પ્રોડક્શન હાઉસના એક અધિકારીએ કહ્યું હતું કે લૉકડાઉનમાં ડિફેન્સ મિનિસ્ટ્રીની પરવાનગી લેવા માટેની તમામ ઔપચારિકતા પૂર્ણ કરી લેવામાં આવી હતી. હવે ડિફેન્સ મિનિસ્ટ્રી ફિલ્મ અંગે ક્યારે હા પાડે તેની રાહ જોવાઈ રહી છે.

સંરક્ષણ મંત્રાલયની પરવાનગી મળ્યા બાદ ફિલ્મના શૂટિંગનું શિડયૂઅલ નક્કી કરવામાં આવશે. પ્રોડક્શન હાઉસ નથી ઈચ્છતું કે મંત્રાલય ફિલ્મ અંગે કોઈ આપત્તિ કે વિરોધ કરે.

હાલમાં જ ડિજિટલ પ્લેટફોર્મ પર રિલીઝ થયેલી ફિલ્મ ‘ગુંજન સક્સેના’ તથા 2016માં રિલીઝ થયેલી ‘એરલિફ્ટ’ને સંબંધિત મંત્રાલયની નારાજગી સહન કરવી પડી હતી. ‘એરલિફ્ટ’ રિલીઝ થઈ ત્યારે વિદેશ વિભાગના અનેક બ્યૂરોક્રેટે કહ્યું હતું કે ક્રિએટિવ લિબર્ટીના નામ પર ફિલ્મના તથ્યો સાથે ચેડાં કરવામાં આવ્યા છે. આ ફિલ્મ અંગે ડિરેક્ટર રાજા કૃષ્ણ મેનને ઓન રેકોર્ડ કહ્યું હતું કે તે લોકોએ શૂટિંગ પર જતા પહેલાં વિદેશ મંત્રાલયને સ્ક્રિપ્ટ તથા પત્ર મોકલ્યો હતો. જોકે, અનેક અઠવાડિયા સુધી જવાબ ના આવતા તેમણે મજબૂરીમાં શૂટિંગ શરૂ કરવું પડ્યું હતું.

‘ગુંજન સક્સેનાઃ ધ કારગિલ ગર્લ’માં જે રીતે એરફોર્સની ઈમેજ બતાવવામાં આવી છે તે અંગે એરફોર્સે નારાજગી વ્યક્ત કરી છે. વાયુસેનાના પૂર્વ મહિલા અધિકારીએ કહ્યું હતું કે ફિલ્મમાં ખોટી બાબતો બતાવવામાં આવી છે. ઈમરાન હાશ્મીની ફિલ્મ ‘કૅપ્ટન નવાબ’ સંરક્ષણ મંત્રાલય તરફથી જવાબ મોડો આવતા ફિલ્મ શરૂ જ થઈ શકી નહોતી.

જ્હોન તથા નિખિલ આ પ્રકારના વિવાદ ઈચ્છતા નથી. આથી જ ‘ગોરખા’નું શૂટિંગ શરૂ થાય તે પહેલા ડિફેન્સ મિનિસ્ટ્રી પાસેથી તમામ પરવાનગી લેવા ઈચ્છે છે.

એપ્રિલમાં પણ દિશા સુશાંતના ટચમાં હતી, બંને વચ્ચેની વોટ્સએપ ચેટના સ્ક્રીનશોટ સામે આવ્યા

સુશાંત સિંહ રાજપૂત અને તેની એક્સ મેનેજર દિશા સલિયનનું જૂન મહિનામાં એક અઠવાડિયાની અંદર મૃત્યુ થયું હતું. સુશાંતે 14 જૂને તેના બાંદ્રા સ્થિત ફ્લેટ પર પંખે લટકીને આત્મહત્યા કરી હતી. દિશાએ 8 જૂને એક ફ્લેટના 14મા માળેથી કૂદીને જીવન ટૂંકાવ્યું હતું. હવે દિશા અને સુશાંતના વોટ્સએપ ચેટના સ્ક્રીનશોટ સામે આવ્યા છે, જે સાબિત કરે છે કે બંને એપ્રિલમાં એકબીજાના સંપર્કમાં હતા.

દિશા અને સુશાંત વચ્ચે 2 અને 7 એપ્રિલ વચ્ચે વાત થઇ હતી

ચેટથી ખબર પડે છે કે દિશા સુશાંતનું PR હેન્ડલ કરી રહી હતી અને તે નવા પ્રોજેક્ટ્સ માટે સતત સંપર્કમાં હતા. આ સિવાય ચેટથી એમ પણ ખબર પડે છે કે સુશાંતને એપ્રિલમાં ટીવી એડ માટે ઓફર પણ મળી હતી.

7 અને 10 એપ્રિલ વચ્ચે દિશા અને સુશાંત વચ્ચે વાતચીત

10 દિવસમાં 4 વખત ચેટ થઇ
ચેટમાં દિશા અને સુશાંત એક બ્રાન્ડ સાથે જોડાવા અને તેના દ્વારા થતી ઓફર પર ચર્ચા કરી રહ્યા છે. દિશાએ તેના માટે એક ઓનલાઇન ઈન્ટરેક્શન સેશનનું પણ આયોજન કર્યું હતું. આ ચેટમાં સિદ્ધાર્થ પીઠાણીનું નામ પણ સિડ તરીકે સામે આવ્યું છે. દિશા અને સુશાંત વચ્ચે 2, 7, 10 અને 11 એપ્રિલે આ વાત થઇ છે.

10 એપ્રિલે દિશા અને સુશાંત વચ્ચે વાતચીત થઇ

અગાઉ દિશાને માત્ર એક વખત મળવાનો દાવો કરાયો હતો
આ પહેલાં દિશાના પરિવાર અને મીડિયા રિપોર્ટ્સમાં દાવો કરવામાં આવ્યો હતો કે તે અને સુશાંત માત્ર એક વાર મળ્યા હતા. વોટ્સએપ ચેટના આ સ્ક્રીનશોટ તે દાવાને ખોટા સાબિત કરે છે. તેમાં બંને પ્રોફેશનલ લાઈફને લઈને લાંબી વાતો કરી રહ્યા છે. એક ન્યૂઝ ચેનલ સાથેની વાતચીતમાં દિશાની માતા વસંતી સલિયને કહ્યું હતું કે, દિશા અમને કામની બધી વાત શેર કરતી હતી. કોની સાથે કામ કરે છે, શું કામ કરી રહી છે તે બધું. મેં ક્યારેય સુશાંત વિશે નથી સાંભળ્યું. આ બધા પહેલાં હું સુશાંતને વધુ ઓળખતી પણ ન હતી.

ઘડિયાળના પ્રોજેક્ટમાં સુશાંત સાથે કામ કરતી હતી
દિશા સુશાંત સિંહ સાથે એક પ્રોજેક્ટ પર કામ કરતી હતી. તે શૂઝ અને વોચની એડમાં સુશાંત માટે કામ કરી રહી હતી. તે પ્રોજેક્ટ એકદમ વ્યવસ્થિત ચાલી રહ્યો હતો પરંતુ લોકડાઉનને કારણે તે ક્યારેય શરૂ ન થઇ શક્યો.

દિશા સલિયનનું કરિયર
દિશા સલિયન મુંબઈમાં જ તેના પરિવાર સાથે દાદરમાં ફ્લેટમાં રહેતી હતી. એક ન્યૂઝ પેપરથી તેણે તેના કરિયરની શરૂઆત કરી હતી. ત્યારબાદ દિશા વર્ષ 2013માં IPAN નામની કંપની સાથે જોડાઈ. દિશાએ 2015માં એક ફિલ્મ માટે ઐશ્વર્યા રાયનું કામ મેનેજ કર્યું હતું. ત્યારે તે સ્મિથ PR કંપની સાથે કામ કરતી હતી. છિછોરે ફિલ્મ સમયે તેણે એક્ટર વરુણ શર્માનું કામ મેનેજ કર્યું હતું. ત્યારે તે કાન એન્ટરટેનમેન્ટ એન્ડ માર્કેટિંગ સોલ્યુશન સાથે કામ કરતી હતી. એવું જણાવાઈ રહ્યું છે કે ત્યારે જ તેની સુશાંત સાથે મુલાકાત થઇ હતી.

‘તારક મહેતા કા ઉલ્ટા ચશ્મા’માં રાકેશ બેદીની એન્ટ્રી, કહ્યું- 12 વર્ષ પહેલાં જે રોલ ઓફર થયો હતો તે જ રોલ હવે ભજવીશ

વરિષ્ઠ એક્ટર રાકેશ બેદી ટૂંક સમયમાં કોમેડી સિરિયલ ‘તારક મહેતા કા ઉલ્ટા ચશ્મા’માં જોવા મળશે. આ અંગે દિવ્ય ભાસ્કર સાથેની વાતચીતમાં તેમણે કહ્યું હતું કે આ પાત્ર તેમને 12 વર્ષ પહેલાં પણ ઓફર થયું હતું. જોકે, તે સમયે વાત આગળ વધી શકી નહોતી. હવે જ્યારે આ ઓફર બીજીવાર આવી તો તે ઈચ્છે છે કે તેમનો રોલ લાંબા સમય સુધી સિરિયલમાં રહે.

રાકેશ બેદીએ કહ્યું હતું, અસિત મોદી મારા ઘણાં જ સારા મિત્ર છે. મેં તેમની સાથે ભૂતકાળમાં કામ કરેલું છે. આમ તો ‘તારક મહેતા કા ઉલ્ટા ચશ્મા’ તારક મહેતા પર આધારિત વાર્તા હતી. જોકે, મેકર્સે પછી આ સિરિયલમાં જેઠાલાલ પર ફોકસ કર્યું હતું.

વધુમાં રાકેશ બેદીએ કહ્યું હતું, મને યાદ છે કે 12 વર્ષ પહેલા જ્યારે આ શોની શરૂઆત થઈ ત્યારે મને તારક મહેતા (શૈલેષ લોઢા)ના બોસનો રોલ ઓફર કરવામાં આવ્યો હતો. જોકે, પછી વાત આગળ વધી નહોતી. હવે આટલા વર્ષો બાદ મેકર્સ ઈચ્છે છે કે સિરિયલમાં તારક મહેતાની વાર્તાને એક્સપ્લોર કરવામાં આવે અને મને ફરી વાર બોસનો રોલ ઓફર કરવામાં આવ્યો છે.

આગળ વાત કરતાં તેમણે કહ્યું હતું, મેં શૂટિંગ શરૂ કરી દીધું છે અને હાલમાં મેકર્સ આ પાત્રને એક્સપ્લોર કરવા માગે છે અને તેના પર દર્શકોનું રિએક્શન જોવા ઈચ્છે છે. હવે તે આ કેવી રીતે કરે છે તે હાલમાં મને પણ ખબર નથી. જોકે, આશા છે કે આ રોલ ચાહકોને પસંદ આવે. હવે આ કેમિયો હશે કે ફૂલ ફ્લેજ્ડ રોલ હશે તે તો ભવિષ્યમાં જ ખબર પડશે.

આ શો તેઓ જુએ છે કે નહીં તે સવાલના જવાબમાં રાકેશ બેદીએ કહ્યું હતું, સાચું કહું તો હું આ સિરિયલ એટલી જોતો નથી. આ શો ઘણો જ લોકપ્રિય છે પરંતુ હું આ શોને નિયમિત રીતે જોતો નથી. હું અને દિલીપ જોષી (જેઠાલાલ) જૂના મિત્રો છીએ. અમે અનેક શોમાં સાથે કામ કર્યું છે અને તેની સાથે ફરી એકવાર કામ કરવાની તક મળી છે.

‘તારક મહેતા’ ઉપરાંત રાકેશ બેદી સિરિયલ ‘ભાબીજી ઘર પર હૈં’માં ભૂરેલાલ (અંગૂરી ભાભીના પિતા)ના રોલમાં ક્યારેક ક્યારેક જોવા મળે છે.

‘તારક મહેતા’ સિરિયલ જ્યારે શરૂ કરવામાં આવી ત્યારે જેઠાલાલના રોલ માટે દિલીપ જોષી પહેલી પસંદ નહોતા. આ રોલ માટે દિવંગત જતિન કણકિયાની પસંદગી કરવામાં આવી હતી. જોકે, આ સિરિયલનું શૂટિંગ શરૂ થાય તે પહેલા જ કેન્સરને કારણે તેમનું અવસાન થયું હતું. રાકેશ બેદી તથા જતિન સિરિયલ ‘શ્રીમાન શ્રીમતી’માં સાથે જોવા મળ્યા હતા.

જીવન-મરણની લડાઈ લડતાં ડિરેક્ટર નિશિકાંત કામત માટે ચાહકોએ દુઆ માગી, શ્રદ્ધાંજલિ આપનાર સેલેબ્સે ભૂલ સુધારી

‘ફોર્સ’ તથા ‘દૃશ્યમ’ જેવી ફિલ્મ બનાવનાર ડિરેક્ટર નિશિકાંત કામતની તબિયત ઘણી જ નાજુક છે અને તેઓ હૈદરાબાદની એક હોસ્પિટલમાં વેન્ટિલેટર પર છે. આજ સવારે (17 ઓગસ્ટ) તેમના અવસાનના ખોટા ન્યૂઝ આવ્યા બાદ કેટલાક સેલેબ્સે તેમને શ્રદ્ધાંજલિ આપી હતી. જોકે, ભૂલનો ખ્યાલ આવતા જ તેઓ કામત માટે પ્રાર્થના કરવા લાગ્યા છે. ચાહકોએ પણ નિશિકાંત કામત માટે ભગવાન પાસે દુઆ માગી હતી.

રિતેશ દેશમુખે નિશિકાંત પર બે ટ્વીટ કરી હતી. પહેલી ટ્વીટમાં કહ્યું હતું, નિશિકાંત કામત વેન્ટિલેટર સપોર્ટ પર છે. તેઓ હજી પણ જીવિત છે અને લડી રહ્યા છે. ચાલો, તેમના માટે પ્રાર્થના કરીએ. ત્યારબાદ બીજી એક ટ્વીટમાં તેણે કહ્યું હતું, તમામ સન્માનિત મીડિયા સંસ્થાઓએ નિશિકાંત કામત અંગે જે સમાચાર બતાવ્યા, તે તમામને નિવેદન છે કે તેઓ એક સ્પષ્ટીકરણ પણ આપી દે.

ઘણાં યુઝર્સે નિશિકાંત કામતના નિધનના ખોટા સમાચાર ચલાવનારા પર ગુસ્સો વ્યક્ત કર્યો હતો. એક યુઝરે નિશિકાંત કામતના સ્વાસ્થ્ય અંગેનું હેલ્થ બુલેટિન પોસ્ટ કર્યું હતું.

લિવર સિરૉસિસની બીમારી
નિશિકાંતની તબિયત છેલ્લાં થોડાં દિવસથી નાજુક છે અને તેઓ હૈદરાબાદની હોસ્પિટલમાં એડમિટ છે. અનેક રિપોર્ટમાં દાવો કરવામાં આવ્યો છે કે તેમને લિવર સિરૉસિસની બીમારી છે. સૂત્રોના મતે, નિશિકાંત કામત લિવર સિરૉસિસની બીમારીમાંથી ઠીક થઈ ગયા હતા પરંતુ તેમને બીજીવાર આ બીમારીનો ઊથલો માર્યો અને તેમની હાલત ગંભીર બની ગઈ હતી.

​​​​​​​2005માં ડિરેક્ટર તરીકે ડેબ્યૂ કર્યું હતું
નિશિકાંતે મરાઠી ફિલ્મ ‘ડોંબિવલી ફાસ્ટ’થી મરાઠી ઈન્ડસ્ટ્રીમાં ડેબ્યૂ કર્યું હતું. આ ફિલ્મ તે વર્ષે હિટ મરાઠી ફિલ્મમાંથી એક હતી. આ ફિલ્મને મરાઠી બેસ્ટ ફીચર ફિલ્મનો નેશનલ અવોર્ડ પણ મળ્યો હતો.

‘દૃશ્યમ’થી લોકપ્રિયતા મળી
17 જૂન, 1970માં મુંબઈના દાદરમાં જન્મેલા નિશિકાંતે 2008માં બોલિવૂડ ડેબ્યૂ કર્યું હતું. તેમણે 2006માં મુંબઈમાં થયેલા બ્લાસ્ટ આધારિત ફિલ્મ ‘મુંબઈ મેરી જાન’ બનાવી હતી. જોકે, 2015માં આવેલી અજય દેવગન-તબ્બુ સ્ટારર ફિલ્મ ‘દૃશ્યમ’ને કારણે તેમને વધુ લોકપ્રિયતા મળી. ઈરફાન ખાનની ફિલ્મ ‘મદારી’, જ્હોન અબ્રાહમ સ્ટારર‘ફોર્સ’ તથા ‘રૉકી હેન્ડસમ’ જેવી ફિલ્મ ડિરેક્ટ કરી છે. ડિરેક્ટર હોવાની સાથે સાથે તેઓ એક સારા એક્ટર પણ છે.

અનેક ફિલ્મમાં એક્ટિંગ પણ કરી છે
‘હાથ આને દે’, ‘સતચ્યા આત ઘરાત’, ‘404 એરર નોટ ફાઉન્ડ’, ‘રૉકી હેન્ડસમ’, ‘ડેડી’, ‘જૂલી 2’, ‘ભાવેશ જોષી’ જેવી ફિલ્મમાં કામ કર્યું છે. ‘રૉકી હેન્ડસમ’માં તેઓ નેગેટિવ રોલ કર્યો હતો. છેલ્લે તેઓ હર્ષવર્ધન કપૂરની ફિલ્મ ‘ભાવેશ જોષી’માં જોવા મળ્યા હતા. તેઓ ‘દરબદર’ નામની ફિલ્મ પર કામ કરે છે અને માનવામાં આવે છે કે આ ફિલ્મ વર્ષ 2022માં રિલીઝ થશે.
